Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping
All domestic shipping is fulfilled by JNT and JNE.
Delivery costs are IDR 23.000,-/kg for orders under IDR 500.000,-.
We offer free delivery on orders over IDR 500.000,- for domestic Indonesia orders.

We aim to process and dispatch all regular orders within 3 working days from the receipt of your order confirmation and payment.

Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.
If you have any trouble tracking your parcel, please contact us at mail@samapura.com.

In the event of an order being returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery is the customer’s responsibility. Orders reshipped to customers as a one-time courtesy are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Shipping
International orders can now be placed directly through our website.
We ship internationally via DHL (3–5 business days).

For Malaysia and Singapore, we also offer an additional affordable option with Ninja Van (estimated delivery time 5–8 business days).

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected courier at checkout.

How Your Order Will Arrive
Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external box or envelope.
Jewelry is packaged in a branded Samapura pouch for safe and elegant delivery.
