SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All domestic shipping is fulfilled by JNE. 
International orders cannot be placed through our website as our website currently accepts domestic orders only. 

Free delivery on orders over IDR 300.000,- applies to Standard Shipping only.
We aim to process and dispatch all regular orders within 3 working days from the receipt of your order confirmation and payment.

Once an order is dispatched you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.

Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external box/envelope.
Jewelry is packaged in a branded Samapura pouch.

 

RETURN + EXCHANGE

We are sure that you will love your piece of handmade gemstone jewellery. But if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund.

For any purchased item/s through one of our stockists, you will need to go directly through them when exchanging or returning items.

FAULTY ITEMS

Items are classified as faulty if there is a handcrafting fault. Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed by Samapura Jewelry, and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. 

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please note that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.

COLOUR ACCURACY

Each Samapura Jewelry item is handcrafted with love and care. Every piece will have a slight difference because of the hand made process. We are using natural gemstone, this will make every piece differ in color.

We tried to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear differently due to the calibration of your computer monitor.
