We are sure that you will love your piece of handmade gemstone jewelry. But if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund.

Should you wish to Refund/exchange your item, please ensure :
- The item/s are returned within 14 days of purchase*
- Items returned must be in their original sale condition. (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels).
- We are unable to offer an exchange without valid proof of purchase.
- Gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
You are responsible for return postage, and we recommend that items are returned via a tracked service. Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded or replaced. Please retain your proof of postage for your records, until we confirm by email that we have received your goods.
For any purchased item/s through one of our stockists, you will need to go directly through them when exchanging or returning items.

PROCESSING YOUR EXCHANGE :
You will be notified via email once your return / exchange has been received & processed. We do not reimburse the original or return shipping charges unless your item is faulty.
Please email immediately at email@example.com with photos of the item along with your order number or valid proof of purchase so we can arrange a replacement.
Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed by Samapura Jewelry, and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty.
Items are classified as faulty if there is a handcrafting fault.
Please note that jewelry may have a slight difference in the measurement and this difference cannot be considered a defect or fault.
If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact customer services immediately.
All faulty returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your parcel and you will be notified via email once we have delivered your parcel and we can only replace it with the same product, subject to availability.
